I was told to have eggs for all three meals in order to lose weight. I started with five egg whites with lightly grilled vegetables for breakfast and, surprisingly, that kept me satiated until lunchtime. For lunch, I prepared an omelette containing vegetables with a very small portion of brown rice. And around 6 pm, I had an egg bhurji with maggi masala and peanuts. I was not supposed to have anything before bedtime – just a cup of milk with a protein shake before going to bed. The next day, I woke up with a feeling of light, a feeling I had not felt for so long and which, of course, was a great motivation for me to continue eating eggs.
I repeated the same diet for the next three days, but by the fourth day, I realized that I should change my meal plans to avoid getting bored. On the fifth day, I took a vegetable omelet for breakfast, with a small portion of oats added. I was told that the oats would keep me until lunch and that it worked. For lunch, I took Shakshuka, one of my favorite egg recipes, which is also healthy. In the evening, I had mixed vegetables with egg whites.
Between meals, I only had fruit and green tea.
I had decided not to check the weight of my body before a week. At the end of the 7th day, to my delight, I had lost almost 900 grams.
I was slightly constipated when I started following this diet, but then I tried to include carbohydrates here and there in my breakfast and lunch to regulate the stool.

According to the guidelines, a healthy adult can have up to 3 whole eggs a day and the rest depends on your level of activity. Too much protein can also lead to health problems.
