Ken Charteris, Managing Director of THC Global Group Limited (ASX: THC), has spoken with Proactive Investors about obtaining a medical cannabis manufacturing license in its large manufacturing facility located in Southport, in the Gold Coast, Queensland.
This license is necessary for the commercial production of medicinal cannabis products and for the realization of a more important research and development (R & D) program.
"This is a major event for the medical cannabis sector in Australia and is helping to formulate a new generation of drugs," he said.
