Liverpool has a proud tradition of producing local heroes – but how are their academy graduates who have continued to play in the best divisions of Europe do they manage elsewhere?
Players like Robbie Fowler, Michael Owen and Steven Gerrard have lit up the Premier League as the hero of the academy for Liverpool, but that has not stopped a number of players from slipping the goal.
We examined the 10 graduates of the Academy Reds who currently operate far from Anfield in the best divisions of England, Spain, Germany, Italy and France.
Raheem Sterling
It just seems to start with the obvious.
Sterling started in the youth ranks of QPR before joining Liverpool at the age of 15 in 2010. Just two years later, he became the third youngest player in club history after making his debut. senior team against Wigan.

In an interview with The Guardian about his stay in Liverpool, Suso said: "In a sense, I became a man before becoming a footballer. It was very difficult with lifestyle and language.
"But to this day I remember everything. I did not play much, but I knew Steven Gerrard and I am a teammate of players such as Luis Suarez, Philippe Coutinho and Jamie Carragher. I will never forget my experience in Liverpool.

Lee Peltier
Another boy from the area, Peltier, joined the Liverpool Academy at the age of 10 and made four first-team appearances under Rafa Benitez.

Jordon Ibe
Like Sterling, Ibe appeared in the books of previous clubs before joining Liverpool, having spent time in the academies of Charlton and Wycombe before joining the youth team of the Reds at the age of 16 years.
The winger had to follow in Sterling's footsteps but was eventually sold to Bournemouth for £ 15m in 2016.

Jerome Sinclair
Signed to be 14 years old and from West Brom, Liverpool was sorry to see Sinclair leave for Watford after a contractual dispute, but the attacker's career has not started since.
The 22-year-old, unable to settle in Vicarage Road, struggled to attract attention when he borrowed from Birmingham City and Sunderland. He is currently on loan at Oxford United, a League One club.
Mikel San Jose

Sheyi Ojo
Always technically in Liverpool, Ojo spends the season on loan in Ligue 1 with Reims.
The 21-year-old has agreed to switch from MK Dons to Merseyside as a 14-year-old player. The Reds beat many opponents to get a £ 2 million transfer, making him the most expensive player of his age.
