The race for the last two places in the Champions League could take place in the next three weeks.
Chelsea climbed to third place Monday night with a 2-0 win over West Ham, but he played one more game than his rivals Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United.

Chelsea will travel to Liverpool on Sunday in pursuit of the title after only two days off after meeting in Prague in the Europa League. Arsenal has one day more than his match against Naples, while he goes to Watford on Monday night.
