Reports to Legit.ng suggest that Nollywood actor John Okafor, aka Mr Ibu, was reported to have suffered a stroke. However, the actor went out to demystify these reports, claiming that he was safe and sound.
According to Sun Newspaper, a source close to the family revealed that the actor had been affected by a stroke shortly after returning from his recent trip to Owerri. The source said that Mr. Ibu is currently being cared for by an undisclosed traditional doctor and is responding to the treatment.
However, the actor came out to demystify reports about his health. In a video in which he appeared with his wife, Okafor, looking quite healthy, revealed that there was nothing wrong with him and that he forgave those who had started unfounded rumors.

A lady named Olabisi Monsurat joins the tragic list of deceased actresses in the industry. According to a message posted by a Facebook user, Omolola Olumide, who claims to be her friend, she would have died ten days after lying down.
Sharing photos of the actress and her newborn, Olumide wrote: "I'm running out of words … In fact, I do not even know what to write … How can I start writing your epistle Olabisi Monsurat, Aya Abe, OMO Ishola .. (Bisket) .. I'm under the shock since yesterday that I heard about your sudden exit from this sinful world .. "
