Everyone is still talking about the original Netflix movie, Bird Box, and actress Rosa Salazar is one of those who really want a sequel.

The film unfolds in a post-apocalyptic future where an unknown force causes mbad hysteria and suicides, but only if its victims look at it – which means the best thing to do is to see nothing.

After having previously expressed disappointment at the fact that most of his scenes ended up in the editing room, Salazar is now pronounced on the prospect of a comeback.

During a discussion with the LA Times, the actress revealed her idea of what happened to her character, Lucy, and to her lover, Felix (Machine Gun Kelly).

"Alcohol temporarily makes you crazy, drugs temporarily make you insane.

"And if the whole movie these two were on acid, or mushrooms, and [survive] because they changed their mindset? "

Salazar would like to explore the adventures of lovers in a suite.

"Then you have this story that tells that the real novel meets fear and hatred in Las Vegas.

"It's only the fear and disgust of Bird Box, and because they have a lot of resources, this punk rock combo lovers, they manage to make a living and survive."

This would certainly be an intriguing premise, but we are not sure that fans would like a Bird Box sequel without our main heroine, Malorie (Sandra Bullock).

Bird Box is now on Netflix.
