Nigerian actress Yvonne Jegede has criticized men who implicate their families in misunderstandings with their wives.

According to the Nollywood star, such men should wear pampers because they are immature.

She commented on her stories on Instagram on Thursday.

The statement, however, sparked reactions from her supporters, who think she could be very proud about her ex-husband, Olakunle Abounce Fawole.

Yvonne recently confirmed in an interview that her marriage to Abounce was almost complete.

According to her, they started having problems just three months after becoming pregnant with her first child, Xavier.

"At this moment, we do not live together and we do not live as husband and wife, we are no longer husband and wife and I would say a mutual agreement to separate us. It did not work, it did not work, "she told Pulse.ng.

"We started having problems before Xavier was born. I think I was pregnant about two to three months when problems came up. Immediately, the problems appeared, there was never any trouble, it just kept going up and it got worse and it became bad and today we are there.

Yvonne Jegede and Abounce married in 2017 and welcomed their first child in November 2018.
