The ATA program of study and on-the-job training is designed to enhance the skills, knowledge and skills of enrolled students and enable them to be successful technicians and operators in the oil and gas fields. some gas. Established in 1978, the ATA provided technical education and training to more than 5,000 Emiratis, who, once graduated, joined the ADNOC staff. ATA's clbadroom training, workshops, and training simulations are designed to equip students with the broad range of operational, mechanical, electrical, and instrumental skills needed to control the processes of the oil and gas industry.
The university program, lasting two and a half years, combines a year of clbadroom learning and a year and a half of on-site business training. The program incorporates the latest technological advances to ensure that ATA graduates are well prepared to work in modern and innovative operating environments of ADNOC.
