Many blogs report this story while Apple was leaving the iPhone 3GS with iOS 5, but the current wording of Murtazin is ambiguous: it seems to pluralize the iPhone 3G in one sentence and then in the next one, it defines the iPhone 4 as a minimum specification. for iOS 4.
