The accomplished academician, Professor Stephen Adei, was involved in the controversy over Senyo Hosi's attack on the University of Ghana, which delighted him to the madness of a two-year-old child.

He added that Mr. Hosi's claims that seniors should be removed from the university constitute total "nonsense".

Expressing with Francis Abban on the morning of Wednesday, the former chairman of GIMPA said he was in agreement with some of the comments from the man of the day. business but that he could have been more refined in his presentation.

"It's a hyperbolic way of thinking. I do not think I can align with what he says. The question of old men is absolute nonsense. Universities around the world have teachers who are old and do not have the retirement age. And that's the right to do it.

"I've always said we should distinguish the commercial administration from the university of academic administration," he said.

Speaking at a forum marking the 70th anniversary of the school, Mr Hosi blamed the first university for training less competent graduates.

"I have three degrees. all from the University of Ghana. I will not hire anyone [from UG]it's simple. And it's a question of substance: what do you draw? You train graduates, not graduates, not lifestyle specialists. that's the problem.

"And respectfully, the old men who run this school, there are too many, get them out. I beg you; you are not doing anything that is relevant to the future and you will not be making people want to employ people outside of this place.

"Your MBA students, many of whom I will not hire, your clbadmates, I will not hire. I was also in this school. How much of AT [Teaching Assistants] did you not write the people's thesis? ".
