The average price of gasoline in the US increases by 10 cents a gallon to $ 2.44

CAMARILLO, Calif. – The average price of regular gasoline in the United States has risen 3.8 liters (10 cents per gallon) over the past two weeks to $ 2.44.

Analyst Trilby Lundberg of the Lundberg Survey, said Sunday that the leap forward followed a rise in crude oil costs.

Lundberg says the price at the pump is 15 cents lower than it was a year ago.

The highest average price in the country is $ 3.38 per gallon in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The lowest average is $ 2.03 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The average price of diesel has increased by 3 cents in the last two weeks to $ 3.04.
