England needed a shootout to defeat Switzerland and take third place in the League of Nations after a 0-0 draw at Guimaraes.
Gareth Southgate made seven changes to the starting lineup that sided with the Netherlands in the semifinals, but England missed a host of good chances before to win 6-5. on penalties.
