We are becoming a nation obsessed with proteins. About half of us are looking to add protein to our diet. An average sedentary man should have 56 grams a day, while a woman needs 46 grams. The market is flooded with protein products. Some are good, some are not so good.
Today, we presented three that impressed us and also tested the best eye creams.

GRENADE – Its protein bars are very popular and have just released a summer-based drink, Strawberries and Cream, prepared in a bottle.
It is 195 kcal and 25 g protein per 330 ml bottle. In addition, it is low in sugars and fat.
It was really creamy.
Perfect if you're traveling or after a big workout. 2.50 £ per 330 ml, grenade.com.
KITCHEN OF JAC – Most protein products have the unmistakable taste of the nutrient, but this new porridge by Jacqueline Whiteheart does not have it.
It's a blend of oats, a slow-release milk protein called casein, whey protein and inulin fiber. 200cals per serving and 20g of protein.
Add hot water and you will have the perfect breakfast.
I would definitely buy again. £ 5 for a two-day trial period or £ 49 for 28 porridge pouches. See jacskitchen.co.uk.
VIVE NATURAL PROTEINS – The protein bars of the British firm have the taste of chocolate.
The three flavors are vegan and contain 10 g of vegetable protein. They have been dubbed the "Snickers vegan bars" and have an incredible taste.
I've tried peanut butter – dark chocolate, dates and rice proteins.
215kcal per bar and 20g of protein. £ 1.99 per 49g bar. See eatvive.com.

BUDGET – Eye Cream with Nacomi Argan Oil, (£ 13.99, 15 ml – mybeautybar.co.uk)
A fragrance-free product infused with natural ingredients.
Argan and Grapeseed oils nourish the skin deeply while shea butter, coconut oil and vitamin E are rich in antioxidants to fight against fine lines.
This had the thickest texture of the three so felt super moisturizing when applied to plump the hollow area under the eyes.
MID: Ishga Rejuvenating Balm for Eyes (£ 47, 30 ml – uk.ishga.com):
Formulated with 90% organic ingredients, it promises to moisturize, firm and tone the eye area.
Nourishing shea butter is coated with vitamins A and E to remove wrinkles, as well as vitamin F, rich in fatty acids, to plump the cells.
Argan oil increases elasticity and improves firmness. My skin seemed instantly firmer.
LUXE: Ole Henriksen Glazing Eye Cream (£ 30, 15 ml – boots.com):
Lightweight and versatile cream to instantly brighten eyes, target fine lines and provide a foundation of makeup.
Collagen deeply moisturizes and vitamin C fights against aging. The scent of orange extracts and green tea pbades through.
Dear for only 15 ml but my favorite.
