The Black Stars are part of CAN Group F
The Ghana Black Stars will receive $ 4.5 million when they are able to win their fifth Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt this year.
Coach Kwesi Appiah has been selected in Group F alongside CAN champions 2017, Cameroon, Benin and Guinea Bissau.
Taking into account the amount of CAN participation, each team qualified for this year's tournament will return home with at least $ 600,000 each to participate.
This year, 24 teams (countries) will participate in the tournament. After seeing the number of regular players increase from 16 to 24 regular teams, each team will win $ 600,000.
And according to CAF President Ahmad Ahmad, the winner will pocket $ 4.5 million in addition to the trophy that he will collect on July 19th.

Cameroon, the reigning CAN champion, won $ 4 million for winning the 2017 CAN tournament, while Egypt, a finalist, received $ 2 million.
