The steering committee of the Bolgatanga Central District of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Far East Region has suspended two constituency officials for misconduct and violation of the oath of secrecy.
The two leaders – Issaka Ibrahim Nsoh, in charge of communication at the constituency level and Robert Adongo, in charge of research and elections – will be suspended until further notice.
DAILY GUIDE wrote to the two officers and regional officials that the two officers misbehaved in violation of Article 3, paragraph 7 of the party constitution, from which the decision to suspend them until the end of the year was over. the steering committee decides otherwise.
They did not use the party structures to respond to their grievances and chose to publicly speak out of their evil, which tarnished the party's image and downplayed its structure.
In an interview, the Bolgatanga Central Constituency Secretary stated that the two officers had betrayed a decision made by the executive committee and had attempted to introduce factionalism in the party at the constituency level, where the decision to suspend it.
DAILY GUIDE learned that the two suspended agents had written letters to apologize for their fault and that the executive committee had not yet met to apologize.
