The BTS launched their worldwide Love Yourself Tour: Speak Yourself Successfully at a Great Show at the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles, California on the night of May 4th.
BTS, surrounded by statues of giant panthers, opened the concert with a spectacular performance of "Dionysus" from their latest album. The Rose Bowl was their first concert after the release of their album "Map of the Soul: Persona" which had taken first place in the Billboard 200. The setlist, therefore, included songs from their new album as well as their other big hits including "Mic Drop", "Fake Love", "Idol" and many other favorites. The setlist consisted of 24 songs covering almost 3 hours. Dramatic theatrical production, holograms, fireworks and even inflatable slides (yes, you read that right) were part of the concert.
They will play the second of two consecutive nights on Sunday.
