"We can confirm that (…) the goblets will soon be replenished in limited quantities," a Starbucks spokesman said in an email. She did not give a specific date for repopulation.
If you can find them, you can buy a pack of five 24-ounce reusable cups that change color at Starbucks in the United States and Canada for $ 16.95. The cups are available in five colors – pink, lemon, sky, apricot and arctic – that change when the cup contains a cold liquid.
The cups were a hit on social media and some Starbucks reported that the cups were sold the day they went on sale. Five packs of cups are now available on eBay for as much as $ 70.
"We are delighted with the enthusiasm of our customers for the new summer cuts," said Starbucks' spokesperson by email. She noted that the cups are reusable; Customers who use the cups when ordering a cold drink can save 10 cents.
