The Pentecostal Church announced that it would take steps to deter its members, especially young people, from taking sensual photos before their wedding.

The general secretary of the Apostle of the Church, Nana Yaw Kumi, explained that these photos belittle holy marriage and do not speak well of Christians charged with leading a holy life.

The church has observed that many potential couples are abusing the concept of pre-wedding photos, noting that some potential couples are going to "extreme" touch "vital areas of each other as s & # 39; They were already married.

The Secretary-General of the Church announced this decision Saturday at the World Conference of Ministers at the Pentecost Convention Center (PCC) in Gomoa Fetteh, near Kasoa, in the central region.

"In the run-up to the engagement, under the pretense of courting, they would take all kinds of photos and broadcast them everywhere, and the photos suggest that they are already married," Kumi said.

"You would realize that what they touch and what they do are things that are supposed to be done by married couples. So we really want to discourage this … some even have the audacity to bring it the day of the wedding celebration, we see them on the screen – someone raised the lady sitting on his knees, touching this place and all that. We really want to discourage him, that's what we mean by modesty and decency, "he added.
