The statement added that "the Comptroller and the Accountant General are the Chief Accountant and the Chief Accountant of the Government in matters of accounting, and therefore, if his age is contested, the problem should be solved."
He added that "there is no malicious intent, but we all know that the Public Service Commission recently stated that Dr. Anyah had been removed from his position as General Manager of the 39, University Hospital Korle-Bu, because his experienced doctor had reached the required age. if the controller is too old, it is right for the authorities to take steps to retire him, "added the source.
The controller did not comment on the problem, but a source close to him said that the appointment authorities having raised no problem with his age, no one can force him to leave office.
