Accra, May 24, GNA – A High Court of Accra on
Eugene Baffoe Bonnie, former National Board Chair
Communications Authority (NCA) and four others to open their defense in the
trial.

The others are Matthew William Tetteh Tevie,
former NCA Executive Director, Nana Owusu Ensaw, former board member,
Alhaji Osman Mimina, former Deputy National Security Coordinator and George
Derick Oppong, General Manager of Infraclock Limited (IDL).

no complaint lodged by the lawyers of the five accused, when the
State closed the case.

According to the court chaired by
judge Eric Kyei Baffour, the prosecution could establish prima facie
case against all the accused.
