The remainder consists of computer procurement signed by the information technology market, signed in July 2017, priced at GHS 79,000.00, and another computer procurement contract awarded to Techzon on cost of 74,000.00 GHS.

The AG said that the actions of the Ministry of Finance were contrary to Article 13 of the Public Procurement Act 2003, as amended, which "enjoins all procuring entities to publish immediately notify them of attribution on the website of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) in order to improve transparency and equity. .

The report added that: "In our opinion, non-compliance with the above provision could compromise the competitiveness of the purchasing process".

Even though the AG said the ministry had responded that it was having trouble downloading contracts on its website, the office pointed out that "to ensure value for money, we urged the Ministry to comply with the law on public procurement.
