We have our first look at Carrie Coon and her family's new ghost hunters movie.
Returning to the beloved franchise of his father Ivan Reitman, director Jason Reitman created this film as a sequel to Ghostbusters 2 – effectively skips Paul Feig's women-centric restart timeline in 2016 – and now gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at production via social media.
Here, Reitman shows Coon (in blonde mode) next to Strange things& # 39; Finn Wolfhard & Captain MarvelMckenna Grace, who will act as the central family trio of Ghostbusters 3.
Ivan and Jason are also part of the shoot, giving the caption "Everything is here # GB20 of the family" a double-edged sense.
To our knowledge, the film has no official title at the moment, but the clap here indicates a production name of Rust City, which will be used to hunt Canada's premises while filming will take place in Alberta.
But the director has not finished with his teasing, Reitman has also uploaded the image above on Instagram – showing a rusted vehicle Ecto-1.
The caption reads: "Are you ready to start?", And his followers have been quick to react.
We wrote "Oh yes **", while cast member Wolfhard replied, "HELL YEAH".
He is not afraid of ghosts.
Ghostbusters 3 will be in theaters on July 10, 2020.
