Isaac Toups was born in Cajun country into a family loving food that has lived in Louisiana for over 300 years. From barbecues to fish fry to shrimps and crayfish, her early years were full of flavors. After debuting as a professional chef, he worked for Emeril Lagbade in New Orleans, where he opened, with his wife Amanda, their own room, Toups' Meatery, which features homemade dried meats. Toups joins "CBS This Morning: Saturday" to discuss his culinary journey.
