The disturbing words of Anthony Joshua to his coach during the defeat of Andy Ruiz

Anthony Joshua, stunned and confused, asked his corner, "Why do I feel like that?" during his defeat against Andy Ruiz Jr. in New York.

The Mexican – who only played six weeks in advance – managed one of boxing's biggest setbacks by winning Joshua's belts in WBA, WBO and IBF with a seventh-round stoppage.

Joshua had clearly been shaken after Ruiz sent him to the canvas twice in the third round as the chances of an all-powerful shock increased.

And by the end of the fifth round, it was obvious that Joshua was having big problems when he asked coach Rob McCracken: "Which round is this?"

At the end of the sixth day, Joshua struggled with a bloody nose and asked his team, "Why do I feel like that?"

The exchange was picked up by ring microphones and broadcast on global television channels.

With the British champion in turmoil, the end came in the seventh when Ruiz again threw Joshua two more times and the referee ended the fight.

Joshua's disturbing words, announcing the end of the seventh round, did not go unnoticed.

The former British heavyweight champion, Frank Bruno, wrote on Twitter: "I'm not sure it's just for me, but @anthonyfjoshua said at one of these sleeves" Why is this that I feel like that? "He did not seem to be right from the beginning, I wonder if there is more than that?
