The dreaded Shang Tsung also returns to Mortal Kombat 11

The 11 character parks of Mortal Kombat are developing well and we can be certain that until April 23, a number of heroes will be announced by NetherRealm. Tonight we were able to watch the introduction video of Noob Saibot's shadow fighter, and shortly thereafter, the team revealed The Krypt and the dreaded Shang Tsung. Shang Tsung, the magician does not come up with the basic game, but will join the Mortal Kombat 11 warriors in the form of DLC. That's why we have not really seen it in the list of heroes disclosed (unless the code name SHA does not cover it). Until now, NetherRealm has not released any separate official video about Shang Tsung and Noob Saibot, so you can watch a third modified version below. This was played by NetherRealm during the live broadcast tonight, but has not yet appeared on the official YouTube channel of the game.

Shang Tsung appears in a special place called The Krypt, and behaves rather well with himself. Krypt is part of a quasi- games store where we could buy items, hidden executions and characters in exchange for Koin currency. Of course, Shang Tsung will not wait for the players here, but he will also be able to fight with the 11 Mortal Kombat tournaments. The character usually appears as an antagonist and patron of the Mortal Kombat series from the very beginning. Shang Tsung was also featured in Paul WS Anderson's cultural film in 1995 (he was a kid, but we were delighted!), But he also played an important role in the TV series Mortal Kombat: Conquest, from 1998 to 1999 Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa in the film and Bruce Locke in the series (if that name says anything to anyone). Fans of the 1995 film are good news that Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa will also perform Shang Tsung in Mortal Kombat 11. There is not much to know about the wizard's abilities, but based on the parts and previous series of movies, he will also use the magic of the shifter here, and will apply another black magic (such as the exhaustion of life).

There is nothing to know when the DLC arrives. Probably in May, in the form of Kombat Pack, the base game will be available April 23 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
