Accra, July 23, GNA- Ensign College of
Public Health (ECOPH), affiliated with the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science
and Technology, held its fourth congregation to award a Master of Public
Diploma of health to his graduates.
ECOPH, with the mission of producing, sharing,
implement knowledge and train leaders to promote health and
to prevent diseases through a fair partnership, obtained a Master degree in
Public health on 20 students composed of 10 boys and 10 girls.

Kpong campus in the Eastern Region over the weekend, the president of the ECOPH,
Stephen C. Alder instructed graduates to help improve health and
well-being of people in the subregion and around the world by developing
community-oriented public health professionals, who will be the leaders in
advance the science and practice of public health.
"Ensign College of Public Health is
succeeded when our efforts have positive effects on people's lives,
their families and their communities, "he added.
He said that Ensign was committed to a principle
approach to improving the quality of life of individuals and communities and
build equitable partnerships with individuals, communities and
practitioners adding that, ECOPH aims for excellence and innovation in
education, research and service.
Alder advised graduates "to embrace
adversity and recognize that, adversity is an opportunity to find greatness
in and use that to make the world a better place.
By doing this, not only will you realize
personal greatness, but you will inspire others by your examples to find
greatness in themselves. "
He also challenged them to commit what they
learned and acquired at ECOPH using it to change the world for good,
Adding this, they should be defined by their humility and nobility.
The guest of honor, Nene Sakite II, Konor
Manya Krobo traditional region, congratulated the graduates and urged them to
be creative, focused and eager to learn how to succeed in their businesses.
He said the community was ready to work with
the school to make it an enviable institution.
