The hangover of the Millwall Cup
After producing feats to eliminate Everton from the FA Cup last weekend, Millwall was brought home by his teammates in trouble.
But that should not be a surprise. The Lions have followed each of their victories against Premier League opponents in 2016/2017 with a goalless draw and are now without a win in their last four games against the Millers.
Although Neil Harris refreshed his team by making three changes, Millwall seemed extremely flat on a frustrating afternoon.
And it was not until the 43rd minute to record a target attempt. Even then, the long-term volley of Mahlon Romeo was played by Marek Rodak.
Ben Marshall's head then fell anxious to the far post and it was the closest goal until Lee Gregory let out a glorious opportunity to register in the playoffs six meters away.
The Londoners wanted to beat their first league win since the New Year, but Paul Warne left the capital by far the happiest of the two managers.
Incredible late miss from Lee Gregory
After giving Jordan Pickford, number one goalie in England, an incredibly ordinary pace by putting a nice header in front of him in the Everton win, Millwall would probably not have wanted somebody to do it. another in front of the goal with only a few seconds to go.
Ryan Leonard cleared ahead and after a lucky ricochet of Semi Ajayi, Jed Wallace found himself in space pains.
He then advanced with what turned out to be the last attack of the game and once the Lions winger came into the box, he played a perfect cross for Gregory, who seemed certain to win at his side three crucial points in the most dramatic circumstances.
But as improbable as often this season, Gregory did not hit his target and luck went begging. From my position in the press, a goal seemed inevitable.
The Lions forward could only put his head in his hands and watch his teammates on what could have been.
Richard Wood's tackle
Harris described it as "nasty" and "horrible". And it's hard not to agree with having seen it from different angles with slow-motion repetition.
Jordan Archer is barely covered with glory in the first incident. The goalkeeper of Millwall took off from his goal and attempted to make a strike. After getting close to the ball, he was saved by Ben Marshall, who cleared a nice margin of purpose to avoid blushing.
But once he finally claimed, the Rotherham captain arrived with a terrible foot to two feet in the stop of Millwall.

He even jumped over Shaun Hutchinson to reach his desired target. By far, it was hard to tell what had really happened.
But judging by the reactions of the majority of Lions players, including Ben Thompson, who was charging in a scrum, it was obvious that Wood had done something extremely nasty.
After the order was reinstated, Wood was extremely fortunate to be able to get by with a simple reservation, while it seemed that he would be given the order.
