A family dog ​​who was buried after his owners believed him dead, managed to get out of his grave and go home.

Dik, 18, was found motionless on his blanket at his home in the Russian village of Novonikolsk.

His heartbroken owners, his two older sisters, were unable to wake him up and, because of his age, badumed that he was dead.

They then gathered to give him a funeral at a pet ceremony in the village located in the far east of Russia, in the Primorsky Krai region, reported Mail Online.



He was saved by the shelter and was finally reunited with his owners, two older sisters.



Dik made his way out of the shallow grave

But he woke up shortly after his burial and managed to clear his way out of his shallow grave and run for safety.

They collected it and took it to a pet shelter in Otkroi Svoe Serdtse (Open Your Heart).

The owners of Dik spotted the photos and came to the pet shelter to take him home.
