It seems like a new summer of upheaval at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea could again be looking for a new director, with speculation about Maurizio Sarri's future.

Sarri was introduced to the club last summer to replace Antonio Conte after the Blues finished in the top four, missing the Champions League.

Sarri enjoys a well-deserved reputation for Sarri-ball. He brought the Blues back to the Champions League with a third place finish in the Premier League, while winning the Europa League.

Despite the season, Sarri had doubts and the Italian was about to return to his home country and take the vacant management position at Juventus.

Speaking at an exclusive interview with Vanity Fair, Sarri hinted that he was homesick.

He reportedly said: "For us Italians, the call at home is loud.We think there is something missing. The year has been heavy.I'm starting to feel the weight of it. distant friends, of elderly parents whom I rarely see.

"But at my age, I'm only making professional choices, I will not be able to train until I'm 20." It's hard work, the bench When I go home to Tuscany, I feel foreign."

And a former boss of the Blues seems to have "confirmed" the secret of the least well kept English football.

Claudio Ranieri has spent the second half of the season as the boss of Roma, although he can not help them qualify for the Champions League.

And when asked about his return to Italian football, he said: "How did I find Italian football? An improvement and the opportunity to evolve again. Local where they are all, with the return of Sarri and Conte."
