The former history teacher of Cardi B defends her for speaking politics

Cardi B has been showing a political side since it's exploded. She strongly criticized Donald Trump and his policies. A few weeks ago, Cardi responded to the closure of the Trump government and the way he summoned government employees to work without pay. Of course, this triggered a huge conversation among political experts who believe that Cardi should stay true to rap because she has no political background. However, Joan Hill, the former history professor of Cardi B, refutes that. Over the weekend, Hill applauded Cardi's enemies and put them in their place.

Joan Hill was the former Professor of Cardi B history at the Renaissance High School of Music Theater and the Bronx Arts. She visited Facebook during the weekend to send a message to anyone who would question her former student.

"For those of you who, in my stream, criticize Cardi B for representing a political voice 1), she probably got a higher score than you at the US History Regents exam. and what did you do to advance the political discourse in this country? C) She has a national platform and uses it to talk about important things … why can not we respect that? d) STFU and sit down, "she wrote.
