The star of the former EastEnders, Jill Halfpenny, reportedly had intimate photos leaked online by hackers, reports The Sun.

The former star of Strictly Come Dancing, 43, would have been "very upset" because 19 intimate photos of her would have been posted online.

One source told the website: "Jill is very unhappy. These images have never been intended for public consumption. It's an invasion of his private life.

MailOnline has contacted Jill representatives for comments.

Jill is best known for her roles in Rebecca Street (1999-2000) and Kate Mitchell in East Enders (2002-2005) on Coronation Street.

She also won the second Strictly Come Dancing series in 2004.

Earlier this year, a star-shaped video of Formula 1, Lewis Hamilton, kissing and cuddling his ex-girlfriend, Nicole Scherzinger, had been leaked online by hackers.

Images taken on a cell phone show the couple, who separated in 2015, lying on a bed while being intimate.

According to The Sun, the clip in two and a half years has been viewed at least 286,000 times since its release.

A source told the newspaper: "Nicole will be heartbroken that such images are found online."

The private film of former X Factor judge, Nicole, 40, and sports star Lewis, 32, was apparently not intended for the "public domain".

After an eight-year rollercoaster relationship, the high-profile couple decided to separate for the fourth and last time in 2015.

Many celebrity photos have published private images on the Internet, including Jennifer Lawrence, the star of Hunger Games, whose bad photos were leaked in 2014.

Sienna Miller, Tamzin Outhwaite, Nicole Scherzinger and Rhian Sugden have also posted private photos online.
