Ghana Airports Company Limited has stated that its board, chaired by Ms. Oboshie Sai Coffie, is still in place.
This comes after the dismissal of former company CEO John Dekyem Attafuah last Friday.
Ms. Oboshie Sai Coffie also stated that Mr. Robert Sackey Tagoe, Director of the GACL Board of Directors (Human Capital and Office Services) Group, was rebadigned to the Ministry of Aviation effective 18 January 2019.
Ms. Amma Osafo-Mensah would badume the role of group leader (human capital and clerical services).
Deputy Director General Yaw Kwakwa has since been set up to act as general manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the company.
