Samuel Owusu Samuel Owusu wants to be part of CAN

The Ghanaian boy, Samuel Owusu, has promised to work hard to secure a spot in coach Kwesi Appiah, the ultimate 23-man team for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.

The little winger was called for the first time in the national team after an impressive 2018/2019 season with the Serbian club Cukaricki.

Owusu was included in the provisional team of 29 men who will start camping in Abu Dhabi from June 1st.

"I believe in myself and I am going to train very hard to qualify for the last 23," he told GHANASoccernet.com.

The 23-year-old also explained what it meant for him to be chosen to represent his country at the centerpiece of the continent.
