KRM22 PLC (LON: KRM) Keith Todd met Andrew Scott of Proactive London following the recent acquisition of the Dutch Risk Management Group and Post-Market Object + Services.
Todd said the agreement would expand its market risk management solutions to pre-market and immediate trade areas, while providing direct connectivity to key global markets.
KRM22 also unveiled a partnership with Trailight Ltd for the distribution and support of compliance products on its platform.
