The guardians of the galaxy replace Star-Lord by [SPOILER]

When the news was announced that Marvel was restarting the Guardians of the Galaxy, it seemed like a useful detour, since the fate of the Guardians' (and their director's) films seemed uncertain. Comic fans already know that they are more likely to see alcoholism and addiction being addressed in the pages of Marvel Comics (Iron Man has planned and then ended the fight against alcoholism) . But when Guardians of galaxy # 1 begins, Star-Lord gives the impression of being the only remaining guardian to have survived the Infinite wars event unscathed.
