The family of the 13-year-old girl who was allegedly tainted by two people, including Odikro de Freso in the Bosome Freho district of Ashanti, said her health was deteriorating.

Family members of the fifth grade clbad say they can not afford to be treated at the hospital because the girl continues to bleed bads in addition to severe abdominal pain.

With a piece of cloth around her, the teenager anxiously watched her mother, backed by her siblings, gari roasted in two large pans. The model of his difficult breath could be read closely with the movement of the tissue, the journalist observed.

The family says his health condition continues to deteriorate day by day since he's endured the ordeal that would have been inflicted on the chef and a taxi driver. She did not receive any other care after being examined at the Bekwai Municipal Hospital when her ordeal was first reported.

"She's still bleeding and I'm worried [because] the blood looks dark, "said his mother, Mary Adarkwa, in Twi dialect.

"When I looked at her private part, I realized that everything was not right, I forced her to sit down [a bucket of] hot water repeatedly for some relief. There is a foul odor that makes me feel uncomfortable. She is too young to live this, "said the 47-year-old widow.

Mary and her seven children depend on people's benevolence to increase the little income she earns by performing menial tasks. This makes it difficult for her to take the stained girl to the hospital for treatment.

Disagreements on the age of the victim

She faces the challenge of raising funds for a review of the dentist's age estimate to prove the age of the girl who is being litigated in Bekwai District Court.

Mrs. Adarkwa, who burst into tears, attributes the difficult situation of the family to the disappearance of her husband.

"I have no one to support me.My husband is dead, leaving me with the children.I am going to look for and I am selling dried bamboo sticks to make a living. When I have orders, I can to make 80 Ghanaian cedis in two days, but unfortunately I lose when I invest in the ointments sector, "she revealed.

Meanwhile, Bekwai police continue to investigate the second suspect, identified as "Kofi's inspector" and on the run.

Freso Odikro (chief) was, however, released on bail by the Bekwai District Court.
