The Institute of Directors (IoD-Ghana) has embarked on a national campaign to
establish chapters in all regions.

President of the Institute speaking at a forum on good corporate governance by
the Institute in Ho, said that corporate governance had become an important element
component of development, noting that "we can not survive as a country if we
do not strengthen the promotion of a good corporate governance culture. "
