Andy Robertson revealed the "big difference" that Liverpool's sideline is off the field.

Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino were part of a group of players who returned to pre-season training on Monday for the Evian training camp.

Jurgen Klopp did not rule out the Community Shield duo against Manchester City on Sunday at Wembley after impressing in the 3-1 win over Lyon in the Reds' last pre-season game on Wednesday.

Sadio Mane will become Monday the last player to join the group before the opening match of Premier League Friday at home against Norwich City.

And Robertson revealed that the trio's influence over Liverpool was not limited to goals and aids.

"The three strikers are huge characters, not just world-clbad footballers, but huge characters in the team," said the left-back.

"It will help them a lot and it will be good to see them.

"We have welcomed (Salah and Firmino) back with open arms, it is a pleasure to see them again and we will have Sadio back in a week."
