Lance Corporal Godzi was charged with badaulting Ms. Patience Osafo, a Midland client, on her premises on July 19, 2018, when she went there to collect money.
The court also released the three Midland Savings and Loans officials alleged to have helped Godzi attack Ms. Osafo.
