CLARK COUNTY, WA (KPTV) – The measles outbreak in Clark County has increased to 65 confirmed cases on Thursday, along with another suspected case, according to health authorities.
Clark County Public Health provided another update on Wednesday and Thursday.
No new locations have been added to the list of exhibition sites. The complete list can be found here.
The ages of the confirmed cases are:
- 1 to 10 years: 47 cases
- 11 to 18 years: 15 cases
- 19 to 29 years old: a case
- 30 to 39 years: two cases
Anyone who thinks they have been exposed is asked to call their health care provider before going to the doctor's office to develop a plan that avoids exposing another person. People who think they have measles symptoms should not go directly to a doctor's office, an emergency treatment center or an emergency department – unless they have a medical emergency – without phoning. in advance.
