Officials provided the following details of confirmed cases in Clark County –
Age
– 1 to 10 years: 38 cases
– 11 to 18 years: 13 cases
– 19 to 29 years old: a case
– 30 to 39 years old: a case
Vaccination status
– non-immune: 46 cases
– Not verified: six cases
– 1 MMR vaccine: a case
Hospitalization: a case (none currently)
The CDC says a dose of measles. the mumps and rubella vaccine (MMR) is 93% effective, while two doses of the vaccine is 97% effective Children usually receive the first MMR vaccine for 1 to 15 months and the second dose of 4 to 6 years.
