Bad news for iPhone owners: a software bug recently discovered in FaceTime allows you to spy on unwanted contacts. The video has been viewed about three million times and shared more than 40,000 times.

It works like that
The clip displays: When a call is used with the help of the service, the caller can choose to add another user to the call. If the caller now also selects the originally selected iPhone as an additional call partner, the conference call begins without the called party taking the call. Apple announces an update
According to an Apple helpline, Facetime's teleconference feature was "temporarily unavailable" on Monday night (local time, 4:16 pm Tuesday). The US media quoted an Apple statement stating that the iPhone maker had been highlighted and "identified a solution that will be released with a software update later this week". Guidelines have been published on social networks explaining how Facetime can be disabled.
