The most valuable players in the Premier League revealed after extensive market research

It is unclear exactly how much is the star player of each team worth while the club has no intention of earning money.

This is where the CIES Football Observatory came to the rescue by offering a real badessment of the main man of each team – just in case the bean counters in the conference rooms would like to know!

They evaluate the player against the current market and financial climate and reveal their real value by making public the results of their last study.

But a big name in the running for the PFA player of the year award is nowhere.

Mohamed Salah is still the most valuable player in Liverpool, with a value of 160 million pounds.

The Egyptian is ahead of Virgil van Dijk, widely regarded as the interpreter of the club's best performer of the season.

But Harry Kane tops the list, despite the English striker injured in the back of the ball in the first leg in the Champions League quarterfinals with Manchester City.

The actual value of Kane is £ 171 million, according to statistics from the Football Observatory. Raheem Sterling, of the City, will come in second place at 161 million pounds sterling.

He has not had the best of times in Manchester United, but Romelu Lukaku is Manchester United's main badet.
