The management of EMEFS Construction Limited, owner of the estate in which Ms. Josephine Asante, Director of Marketing and Public Affairs of the Ghana Ports and Harbors Authority (GPHA) in charge of the port of Tema, was stabbed to death, says that it is wrong one or more killers dragged it to the field.
According to Tema Community 25 community leaders, "all Emefs areas, namely: lagoon views, hill views, palaces and gardens are walled and well protected by highly vigilant and resistant security personnel, and there was no way murderer could have followed the victim into the building without being noticed or approached. Below the statement
We regret the unfortunate incident that occurred on Sunday, January 13, 2019 in our Mataheko Estate (Hillview-Palace) in which one of our residents, Mrs. Josephine Asante, the wife of a landlord, was murdered macabre way in his room.
Our deepest sympathy goes to all Asante and Allied families during this very difficult time of their lives.
Contrary to speculation that an badbadin or a group of killers might have followed the deceased's home through the gates to commit the vile act, we would like to point out that this was not the case.
All Emefs areas, namely: lagoon view, hill view, palace and gardens are walled and well protected by a very vigilant and resilient security staff and it was impossible for a murderer or a group of badbadins to follow the victim without being noticed and accosted.
As we continue to work closely with the police to resolve the problem, we urge all residents, business partners and other stakeholders to remain calm and carry out their normal activities while the investigations of the heinous crime continue. . At least one suspect was arrested.
We will issue a new news release as we get new ideas.
Thank you for following us during these difficult times.
Emefs Estates continues to build the homes of your dreams and your maximum security remains our top priority.
