The National Lottery is urging residents of the Kerry area to check their tickets as a large cash prize has not been claimed.

Nobody was quick to collect the price of € 45,612 for a Lotto Match 5+ Bonus ticket bought on November 3rd.

The winning Pick Pick ticket was purchased at the Esso / Spar service station located on Bridge Road in Listowel.

There were two pot winners of € 91,225, the other lucky player buying his ticket in Dublin.

Ticket holders have 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize, in this case Friday, February 1, within one week.

In front of Saturday's 6 million euro jackpot, a spokesman for the National Lottery said: "With so many more winners thanks to improvements to the lotto game introduced last September, it is more important than ever to check regularly your tickets.

"We remind all our players to check their tickets, especially to anyone who bought a ticket in Listowel on November 3rd."

The call comes just after another player from Kerry collected yesterday's draw of € 289,000 in the draw last Saturday.

The winning numbers of the lottery in the November 3 draw were: 01, 05, 06, 12, 22, 46 and the bonus ball 33.
