The romance reported was made public during the week of July 28 when paparazzi surprised the singer and Horton going out during a lunch.
Shortly after the announcement of the new, his ex-wife, actress Autumn Guzzardi, went to Instagram to share an article that seems to be a subtle nuance towards the new reported couple.
The post refers to one of Lady Gaga's songs
On July 30, Guzzardi posted a picture next to the legend, "Poker Face," on an emoji heart at the end.
This post, published a few hours after the photos of Lady Gaga and Horton were published by People magazine, seems to be a reference of the success of the singer of the same name in 2008. While the lyrics of the song contain a crowd of badual cues, the term "poker face" usually represents an impbadive expression that hides the true feelings.
So, does she have any idea of the path to follow for this new adventure? Some people think so. They flooded the comment section by writing that the message was very dark.
"A clear coded message," commented one person. "GOTCHA SHADE GIRL."
Another person wrote: "Uh, huh … the shadow !!!"
And someone else wrote, "I see what you did there."
However, some people think that it is not at all suspicious.

Guzzardi and Horton tied the knot in 2013 but apparently broke up in 2016.
Who is Horton exactly?
According to his LinkedIn page, 37-year-old Horton has worked as a monitor engineer at Lady Gaga since November 2018. He has also collaborated with stars such as Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars, Camila Cabello and Lenny Kravitz.
It's unclear how long he and the "Telephone" crooner have been dating, but the rumor comes months after sources confirmed in February that she had split from her ex-fiancé, Christian Carino.

Horton and Lady Gaga have chemistry
From the point of view of things, these two are totally one in the other. On July 28, they visited a restaurant in Studio City, California, where they engaged in a heated makeup session. Some spectators unveiled the details to People, telling the publication that they looked rather happy together.
One source said they "seemed confident and well placed". Another source said the couple had dined for an hour and enjoyed a thorough conversation. "They kissed while they were talking very closely," the source said.
