Cheeky nutmeg from Mavropanos
The pre-game warm-up is always a chance for Arsenal's substitutes to show off their silky skills and neat footwork, but it's usually Mesut Ozil that embarrbades his teammates.
Not this time, as Konstantinos Mavropanos stole the show in the substitute pre-match rondo.
As Arsenal No. 10 rushed over him, the young Greek defender simply pbaded him between his legs with an impudence he would have been proud of.
This is probably not something you would like to see Mavropanos try in the heat of the moment. We may know it sooner than expected, however, with an injury to Shkodran Mustafi that could give the Athenian, 21, the chance to take a first start.
Arsenal fans are already looking forward to Suarez
Supporters of Gunners eager to see a new addition in the window of January had to wait until the last hours of the transfer deadline to see Denis Suarez arrive on loan from Barcelona. The traveling fans at Etihad were determined to wish him the warmest welcome.

Suarez, Ozil and Aaron Ramsey seemed barely moving for a prolonged period, while they were supposed to warm up. Look rather Aguero group in the winner. Their inactivity hardly changed the course of the match, nor did it give the impression that they were desperate to enter the fray.
