The trading platform of surtaxed security tokens will expand to cryptocurrency trading by the end of this year.
This year has been a productive year for Overstock. After launching their security token trading platform, tZero, in late January, the platform is already looking to expand to the cryptocurrency trading platform.

The plan was released just two days ago, around the same time, when the company announced the postponement of the sale of its e-commerce business.
Although we have not announced a detailed launch plan for the cryptocurrency trading application, the approximate launch time was set around June of this year.
The application itself is still being developed by a technology start-up, Bitsy, and will buy and sell various cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, as reported by The Tokenist.
Sam Noursalehi, CEO of tZERO, said about the upcoming application: "The development of our bitcoin mobile trading application is one of the reasons we acquired Bitsy. They have a trading application, mainly bitcoin, beta, they built a crypto wallet and a critical recovery system, which will form the basis of the mobile application for tZERO. They also work on interesting features such as the biometric connection. "
The launch plan for the encrypted trading platform is just one more proof of the seriousness with which Overstock operates. Earlier this month, Medici Ventures, the company's blockchain subsidiary, announced the purchase of the stake in Bankorus, a blockchain banking platform.
