Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, a member of the Assin Central Parliament, accused the Pentecost Church of being at the root of all the problems facing Ghana.

According to him, the Pentecost Church is known to have dared to make unnecessary "noise" during their prayer sessions and the prayer in tongues makes it very boring.

He observed that many small and new churches disturbing the public peace with tongues appeared out of the Pentecostal Church.

"Most of these spoken-language churches are from the Pentecostal church," he told a radio based British radio station Sources, during an interview.

Even though he could support his allegations with no substantial evidence, the legislator is of the opinion that the Pentecostal Church defends some of its principles.

"My cousin whom I took to America called me early around 5 am He said that he had created a church and that he wanted me to He buys instruments and added that when he gets three women as church members, things will be better, "Mr. Agyepong said.

When asked why three women, Mr. Agyapong explained that as soon as they accepted the teachings of his cousin, they would help him grow his church by inviting others.
