The story comes after separate information that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also visited Frogmore Cottage after the Easter Sunday service at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.
Harry and Meghan moved to the Frogmore Cottage, pictured in the Windsor area earlier this month, after major renovations.
The Duke of Susbad attended the ceremony alongside other members of the royal family, but the very pregnant Meghan remained at home.
A source told Harper's Bazaar: "William and Catherine visited Meghan because she was unable to attend the ceremony. They wanted to stand together and see how she was doing. It was a beautiful afternoon.
It is possible that the queen joined the duke and the duchess during this same visit. Buckingham Palace declined to comment as it is a private visit.
